Coordinator of the quality assurance office

Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Office is responsible and helps to accomplish the following tasks:

1. Provides advice and explanations to the bodies and staff of the College regarding the implementation of qualitative legal provisions;
2. Drafts, respectively harmonizes the regulations and general requirements of the College regarding the process of quality control and progress; 3. Conducts anonymous surveys with students and teachers;
4. Creates success analysis reports from each exam term;
5. Coordinates the work of the Quality Assurance Office;
6. Takes care of the evidence of maintaining the quality of infrastructure, equipment, inventory and enrichment of the library;
7. Takes care of the implementation of the decisions taken by the Senate of Universi College and other bodies of the College regarding the progress of quality assurance;
8. Takes care of the code of ethics; assists the Rector and the Secretary General for the harmonization and coordination of the work, services and other bodies of the College;
9. Signs the decisions and other acts issued by the Quality Assurance Office;
10. Is held accountable for his/her work by the Quality Committee and the Senate;
11. Takes care of and is responsible for maintaining confidentiality in the affairs of the College inside and outside its premises;
12. Organizes the system of registration and archiving of documents, respecting the general regulations of the College. He/She archives documents related to the field of quality. Requests the documents from the relevant body if / when they are needed for further follow-up purposes;
13. Compiles official documents and regulations of the College regarding quality;
14. Coordinates the agenda of activities with the quality committee at the level of the study fields;
15. Prepares all the documents related to accreditation or re-accreditation, various internal evaluation reports in cooperation with all departments and coordinates the visits of foreign experts for accreditation or re-accreditation.
16. Performs other tasks defined by normative acts of the College.

Academic affairs officer

The competencies of the academic affairs officer within the Quality Assurance Office are the following:

1. Leads and offers professional and quality teaching / learning services;
2. Is responsible for the official documents and regulations of the College regarding quality;
3. Together with those responsible for the programs, takes care of drafting the teaching schedule, exam schedule and holiday schedule;
4. Monitors and records the progress of teaching, classes held and those not held;
5. Monitors the organization and progress of exams;
6. Takes care of the implementation of curricula;
7. Is responsible for collecting syllabi-work plans from teachers;
8. Creates reports regarding the regularity and progress of the teaching process according to the received syllabi;
9. Applies quality assurance guidelines, including teaching evaluations, program reviews, and student evaluations;
10. Advises professionally on the approval and development of study modules and programs;
11.Coordinates the agenda of activities with the quality committee at the level of study areas.
