The Rector is the highest academic official. He represents the institution of higher education and he works for its benefit on its behalf. He leads and coordinates all the academic activities of the college. In cooperation with the College Senate and the Leading Administrative Board, he directs and generates the policies that would assist on the institution development.
The Rector gets elected from the College Board by receiving the absolute majority of votes for a three-years mandate. There are also two Prorectors as part of the Rectorate whose duties are determined by the Rector in accordance to the College Statute which ensures that all the dutiese responsibilities are delegated evenly between the two Prorectors.
